Ok, here I am after heavens knows how long since I last posted! Actually I know but how could someone just not write for two years..A person who is not used to journaling on a daily basis, BUT I am going to "TRY" to do better. Note the operative word "TRY"!!!
I simply cannot believe that in 20 short days it will be Christmas! Where does the time go to? Each year I make one trek to the mall, hoping that this year the Christmas spirit will be instilled in everyone that I encounter, and my shopping spree will be both fruitful and joyous. Ah well I made that trip last week...and now I am doing my usual..shopping online...I cannot put up with one more crowded store where people push, shove and are basically grumpy! I love the Christmas season, and Mall shopping is not the place to keep one's Christmas spirit! LOL..ok then enough complaining!
My Christmas gift to myself, from myself came much, much quicker than I anticipated. And here is a picture of it. I have already made several loaves of bread with it and am very pleased. I returned so many other brands that were cheaper but just did not work that when King Arthur Flour came out with a special on Zojirushi I went for it!
